There will fun Halloween activities for your family to enjoy together, a quieter space for you to spend time with your child and to meet other families who may be on a similar journey to you! Please feel free to dress up in your Halloween costumes, but very much optional.

advice, ask questions, and meet the people to support your
journey into parenthood!

• Information on pregnancy, birth prep & early
parenting
• Free Goody bags & refreshments
• Games, Raffle & Baby Shower fun

A 6 week Ante-Natal group for expectant parents and birthing partners. Come along to our friendly space where you can learn more about your pregnancy and transition to family life, ask any questions you may have and meet other parents-to-be

An informal drop in for Parent, carers and young people around your own or your child's mental health. 

Opportunity to meet professionals and teams from other service providers who will be available for support and to answer your questions.    

Wellbeing crafts and activities will be available.

Is your child starting Nursery or going to be transitioning into school this year? 

Do you have any questions around your child’s development matters, communication skills, sleep, potty learning , fussy eating/packed lunches, dummies and bottles, come along to our informal drop in for parent, carers and families for the opportunity to meet professionals and teams from other service providers who will be available for support and to answer your questions. 

Family Hub, Barrow Library- Tuesday 18th March 10am-1pm 

We want to invite local families to contribute to the design and delivery of the Family Hubs to make sure they meet the needs of our local community.    

We are looking for parents, carers and young people who are willing to work with us to shape the Family Hub services in Barrow and Dalton.  

Family Hub - Barrow Library – Friday 28th February 12.30pm-2.30pm 

A parent & carer led session, a safe space for you to come and play and interact with your child/children while meeting other parents too. Why not bring a friend?  

Family Hub-Barrow Library-Every Monday, 1pm-4.30pm

Family Hub - Barrow Library – every Thursday 12pm-2pm.

Suitable for ages 0-5 years.

Drop-in session-no booking required. 

Alongside our Health Visitors clinic, enjoy time with your baby and meet other parents. Slow down, relax and enjoy some play time!
