Coming Soon -Family Hub Fun Days

The Family Hubs in Barrow-in-Furness in collaboration with Ragtag Arts & Community Scrapstore will be joining @barrow_bid Autumn Fest on Saturday 25th October with the Scappy Van and Loose Parts Play!
Come down to join in with fun and get creative.

It all started in March 2024 the Family Hub team completed the Ragtag Arts loose parts play training and purchased a large trolley kit and tuff stop jars for outreach events which have been a great success. 

Our Family Hubs continue to grow, not only in the support we provide but also through the wonderful partnerships we’ve built within the community. Over recent months, we’ve been proud to work alongside Ragtag Arts & Community Scrapstore to collaborate on helping us deliver some special Family events and creative sessions over the next year.

Ragtag bring sustainability and imagination together through hands-on arts and crafts activities that encourage families to explore creativity while learning about recycling and re-use. 

The Ragtag Roadshow inspires young and old to reuse, create and play through our creative studio celebrating the power of scrap and imagination!
