This group is suitable for children aged 0-4 years.

A relaxed group supporting mums, babies and their wellbeing. Group sessions include sensory play, keepsake crafts, alongside advice and signposting to promote good mental health for both mums and babies.

Aimed at Tots under 5 and their adults, come along to listen to some of our favourite stories, make some noise with our instruments in our sing-along section and finish by playing with our selection of toys!

Fridays: 10.30am - 11am
(Term Time only)

No need to book, just turn up on the day - we also have a sensory room and large children's section available for use!
