Suitable for ages 0-5 years.

Drop-in session-no booking required. 

A 5 Week Ante-Natal group for expectant parents and birthing partners. Come along to our relaxed and friendly space where you can learn more about your pregnancy and transition to family life, ask any questions you may have and meet other parents-to-be. 

Monday 24th February – Monday 24th March 2025, 4-5pm. Delivered via Microsoft Teams.

Baby Buddies  

A free 5 week course for parents and their babies aged 0-6 months. Come and join us to chat, play and learn about topics such as weaning, bonding, attachment, and oral health.   

Family Hub, Barrow Library –starting Wednesday 26th February 10.30-11.30am 

If the course is full please add yourself to the waiting list and we will contact you when future dates become available. 

Would you consider your child to be a 'fussy eater'?
Are meal times a battle?
Would you like to chat with a Health Care Professional in a relaxed and welcoming space?
If the answer is yes, then our 'Fussy Eating' drop i session might be for you! No booking needed. It is not essential to bring your child to the session.

Family Hub-Barrow Library- Thursdays 10am-12pm every fortnight. 

Come and join us for FREE fun sessions with your child whilst learning about how to best support their Speech, Language and Communication skills. 

This group is for children aged 2 to 4 years and their parents. 

The Family Hub –Dalton Community Centre – Starting Thursday 27th February for 6 consecutive weeks.
